Based in the 5,000-year-old Vedic tradition of ancient India, this meditation technique uses a personalized mantra based on the vibration the universe was making at the exact date and time of your birth. When you make this inward journey in meditation you go to quieter and quieter levels of the thinking process until you slip into the spaces between your thoughts, aka “the Gap”. As you dip into this place of silence and infinite possibilities, you’ll reconnect with the perfection that’s already there within you and then bring it back into your daily life, making it possible for you to look past fear, worry and anxiety, and to approach life from a place of stillness and calmness.
Imagine the peace, joy, and compassion we can spread in the turbulent world around us by teaching this powerful practice. Does that sound like exactly what you’re looking for? Then, read on for what you’ll learn.
Primordial Sound Meditation isn’t about forcing your mind to be quiet, it’s about experiencing the silence that's already there and making it a part of your life. Silence is the birthplace of happiness, creativity, and infinite possibilities. From this field of pure potentiality we get our bursts of inspiration, our most intuitive thoughts, and our deepest sense of connection to the Universe. Practicing meditation on a daily basis allows you to weave silence and stillness into your mind and body to create a life of greater compassion and fulfillment. Even when your mind is filled with agitated thoughts, you still have access to the inner stillness and calm that always lies beneath the choppy surface of thought and emotion. In the age of digital devices, social media, and busy schedules, the restful awareness we experience during meditation is more valuable than ever.
When you learn Primordial Sound Meditation, you’ll receive a personal mantra. A mantra, or “vehicle of the mind” in Sanskrit, is a specific sound or vibration—which when repeated silently—helps you to enter deeper levels of awareness. The mantra you’ll receive is the vibration the universe was creating at the time and place of your birth, and it’s calculated following Vedic mathematical formulas. When you silently repeat your mantra in meditation, it creates a vibration that helps you slip into the space between your thoughts–"the Gap".
As many studies show, a regular meditation practice offers numerous health benefits, including lowering blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, and releasing stress and fatigue. As you meditate on a regular basis, you’ll notice an increased sense of well-being as well as greater energy and creativity–your mind and body begin to function with maximum effectiveness, creating health, vitality, and happiness. Practicing Primordial Sound Meditation on a daily basis can help you to:
