WHAT iS MOTHERCIRCLE?
MotherCircle is an 8-session gathering for mothers, for mothers-to-be and for women who care for mothers who want to understand the mother-becoming journey within a supportive community. It's a sacred and brave space and a communal experience that facilitates connection, reflection, and the transference of intergenerational wisdom.
WHO IS MOTHERCIRCLE FOR?
MotherCircle is for:
- mothers with children of all ages;
- mothers-to-be;
- mothers whose pregnancies ended in loss;
- women who want to be mothers;
- women who care for mothers;
- and, women who want to gather around meaningful topics and motherhood wisdom.
CLASS DETAILS
Each session includes nourishing tea, breathwork, embodiment practices, meditation, and discussion prompts.
