Through the ancient practices of Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation, and Ayurveda, you'll be able to connect with and integrate the different layers of your being. You'll tap into the wisdom of your physical, mental, and spiritual body, and will learn how to freely access and integrate them for balance, healing, and well-being.
In MotherCircle, through ritual and ceremony, you'll be part of a movement of fierce mothers whose mission is to create Mother Culture–a culture where mothers are empowered, supported and valued.
I teach powerful, tangible and easy-to-implement practices that you can incorporate in your life. In Yoga, you'll learn how to use breathing exercises , or pranayama, to regulate your nervous system. In Primordial Sound Meditation, you'll learn how to use your personal mantra to cultivate rest in the body to promote healing. In Ayurveda, you'll learn about Ayurvedic daily routines aligned with the rhythms of Nature that will contribute to a happy, healthy, and harmonious life.
