Soul Pansophy & Me

I'm originally from Andalusia, Spain. I'm a mother, educator and facilitator. I'm a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle educator, Sound healer, Primordial Sound Meditation instructor, Yoga teacher, Cacao Ceremony facilitator, Womb Circle facilitator, MotherCircle facilitator, and Birth and Postpartum doula. Before becoming a mother, I taught English and Spanish Language and Literature for more than a decade. Through movement, breath, meditation, ritual and ceremony, my mission is to help create spaces where participants can connect with their inner wisdom and with the intelligence of Mother Nature.
